Those eyes must be stopped
From staring at the world,
For it’s not got
As much beauty
As the owner of those
Eyes has got.

Those lips must be arrest
Every time they speak,
For no ear would bear
Such a wonder,
As the ones I hear
When you tell your tales.

That body must be quiet
And not move along,
For no tree, creature or cloud
Would ever have
Such grace and charm
As your hips can hold.

But do not close your heart.
Do not stop trying,
Do not quit from loving,
Because the world,
The ears, god’s creatures,
Would stop with you.
